Kinda official Start, Aug 18, 2011

Okay I admit it, I have a problem.  I'm obsessed!  I'm obsessed with "getting" in shape.  The problem is I freaking can't seem to get there.  It's really frustrating.  I'm always going through mood swings because of this "obsession"  At times I'm feeling great and on my way, other days I just want to crawl under the sheets and hide and not leave the house.

I drive my family mad with all these new "challenges" I put myself through. The problem is I never follow through.  Well, let me not say never. I did go all the way once.  I'll tell you about another time.

Anyhow, my new challenge is 30 days straight of cardio.  I officially started this yesterday on a Thursday, not a Monday, and in the middle of the month; I didn't wait until the 1st of the month.  Why postpone what I can start now.

Why a cardio challenge you ask?  Because of my fat legs! actually because of my fat everything.  I've been told and I've read everywhere I need to do lots of cardio to shrink, of course that's aside of weight lifting which I also do and enjoy.  I also do Tabata and that always kicks my butt.

If you happen to stumble across this page and decide to follow me I hope I don't disappoint you.  Maybe if I see people actually want to know how I'm doing I will hopefully commit to this 100%.

So here it goes....

PS oh I thought I might enter my weight daily, even though I shouldn't go by the number but sometimes it is motivation...that being said, I woke up today at 134.8 (not happy)
